Scott Storch has got to be one of my favorite producers out there, up there with Dre. He's got his hits he did for 50 Cent, as well as his classic colaboration with Dre to make "Still D.R.E." That's why I'm a little dissapointed with this. It's not Storch's best work, but it's Snoop. Give it a listen if you're a Snoop fan, we'll see where his stuff goes.Thursday, March 26, 2009
New Scott Storch Produced Snoop Dogg
Scott Storch has got to be one of my favorite producers out there, up there with Dre. He's got his hits he did for 50 Cent, as well as his classic colaboration with Dre to make "Still D.R.E." That's why I'm a little dissapointed with this. It's not Storch's best work, but it's Snoop. Give it a listen if you're a Snoop fan, we'll see where his stuff goes.Kanye West is the Shit!
This is a DJ Class song I'm posting here, featuring Kanye West, but I like Kanye more. I'm a big Yeezy fan, I love searching for pictures to post, because there is such a variety to choose from. I know a lot of people call Yeezy cocky, but it's something I sort of like about. His music wouldn't be the way it is, if he wasn't cocky. The second song I'm posting if off "VH1 Storytellers". I posted the whole mixtape earlier on, but I know many people didn't bother downloading the whole thing. I felt that I had to post "Heartless" with the original drums to give everyone an idea of what they can expect the rest of the album to sound like. DJ Class Ft Kanye West - I'm the Shit (Remix)

BLKJKS

Here's a new group I found performing at SXSW. BLKJKS (is it black jacks or black jokes?) are a fresh new sound you guys might enjoy. It definately sounds different and experimental, but check them out, maybe you'll dig it. The song sounds like it's been recorded live, it's all I could find.
BLKJKS - Lakeside
Killers Remix!
So the very first thing that caught my eye on this track, was the title. I've never seen such a long name for a remix. Pretty live though, and if you're a Killers fan, I would recommend this for you. I really enjoyed the album "Day & Age", my favorite song was probably "Losing Touch", then "Human". The Killers - Spaceman (Steve Aoki The Bloody Beetroots Remix)
Electrik Red featuring Weezy Remix!
I was expecting a bit more from this song. Weezy's part ain't up to my standards frankly. Electrik Red isn't too popular, but they have managed to accompish two singles on iTunes. I've actually never heard the original of the song, but the remix was never too good, so I didn't bother. I posted this for you guys though, I know someone must love them, and now you can download the remix. Electrik Red Ft. Lil Wayne - So Good (Remix)
Playboy Tre Freestyle
So I don't know much about this guy, but he apparently does a lot of freestyles. I gave this a few listens before I had decided to post it. The beats not too bad, but I like what Tre has to say. I'll keep a lookout for anything new. Playboy Tre - Nightmares (Freestyle)

A Classic Education
Some of you may have heard of the band A Classic Education. As most of you know, SXSW is going on right now and this group is involved. They've got a great sound, and I could really see them getting big over the next couple years, so enjoy.A Classic Education - Stay Son

Eminem Single Coming Soon
Keri Hilson Ft. Kanye West & Ne-Yo - Knock You Down (Video)
This is a tight video, Keri Hilson is pretty bangin'. I noticed she's wearing the same pair of headphones that I have--Beats By Dr. Dre. Good song, watch the video!
Labels:
Kanye West,
Keri Hilson,
Ne-yo,
SeanChristopher
Villians' Remix of N.A.S.A's "Whatchadoin'"
Villains are an L.A based duo which are known for their ability to create electro and club inspired style into all of their songs and remixes. They have made remixes for various artists such as; Lykke Li, Bloc Party, Hot Chip, New Young Pony Club, Britney Spears, and Daft Punk. You can find all of their tracks on their myspace.
Japandroids!
Japandroids are said to be a band to watch, with their debut album coming out later in April. The band really reminded me of some Los Campesinos! songs with a bit of more passion, that you only really see in new, unexposed artists. I actually appreciate their music, it has some original feel to it. The song is kind of bad quality, I'll post a better one if I ever run into it.
New The Doves!
Ghostface Killah Taking On MSTRKRFT

Ash Interview
Video's kinda long, Asher Roth speaks about his upcoming album on 4/20, how he felt about I Love College being such a hit, his opinion on his rap career, and thought for the future.
New! Crooked I
This is also my first Crooked I song, just like Mack 10. I doubted this when the intro started, but once the music came into play, I heard what I did not expect. What Crooked raps about is good. The beats pretty catchy too. Apparently this track is some top secret shit, to be unleashed on his upcoming album "Not B.O.S.S. (Beginning of Something Serious). So expect some more Crooked posts. Crooked I - If Yo Ever Hear Me (Prod. By King Tech)
Some Mack 10
So this is actually my first Mack 10 song to date. It's not too bad. I'll probably be googling this guy later on. I figured he must be decent if Lil Wayne, and Jim Jones are on this track, but then again, those two guys are always on everyones track. The beats catchy I guess, not too into the chorus, but it may grow on me. Mack 10 Ft. Jim Jones & Lil Wayne - So Sharp
Karmaloop TV - KiD CuDi (Video)
This is a short video all about CuDi and his start into the music business. I'd recommend watching this if you're into CuDi.
